Visualsoft Sync Returns to The Lowry Hotel

Manchester will once again host one of the North’s leading ecommerce gatherings as Visualsoft brings Sync back to The Lowry Hotel on 9 September. Now in its third year, the event is set to welcome over 300 senior retailers and technology partners for a day grounded in practical growth.

Sync has quickly built a reputation for attracting senior brand voices who are operating at scale.

Among the latest brands confirmed to join the agenda are JD, Oliver Bonas and Manors Golf, adding to a programme focused on the challenges and opportunities shaping modern commerce. Organised by Visualsoft, Sync brings together retailers, brands and technology leaders for a day of practical insight, networking and discussion.

This year’s headline keynote comes from Jenna Meek, Co-Founder and CEO of REFY Beauty and a guest Dragon on Dragons’ Den. Meek will share her experience of building one of the UK’s fastest-growing beauty brands, scaling cultural relevance in a crowded market and creating long-term customer loyalty through a clear brand vision.

Across the agenda, sessions will explore unified commerce, retention strategy, digital discovery and the operational realities of profitable growth. The focus remains firmly on practical execution, with speakers sharing lessons learned from scaling brands in highly competitive markets.

Previous editions of Sync have featured some of retail’s best-known leaders. Speakers have included Steve Hewitt, former CEO of Gymshark, who discussed global brand building and leadership under pressure; and Nicki Capstick of PrettyLittleThing, who shared insight into balancing cultural relevance with performance marketing.

As one of the UK’s leading Shopify Premier Partners, Visualsoft works with ambitious retailers to build connected commerce ecosystems that bring together storefronts, point-of-sale systems, marketplaces and back-office operations. That experience helps shape Sync’s agenda, ensuring sessions remain grounded in the realities of modern retail operations while highlighting emerging opportunities for growth.

Chris Fletcher, CEO at Visualsoft, said: “Sync has always been about substance. We bring together people who are actually building and scaling retail businesses, not just commenting on them. Year three feels like a milestone. The conversations are sharper, the challenges are bigger and the appetite for practical collaboration is stronger than ever.”

They are returning to Manchester, which reflects their roots and the strength of the region’s retail and technology community. Hosting Sync again at The Lowry Hotel signals confidence in the event’s growing place in the national retail calendar.

The event’s focus on practical growth and opportunities is likely to resonate with retailers looking to scale their businesses in a competitive market.
